Jessup Pizza

Ok, Jessup Pizza is actually about as American a pizza as one can get. But this is the pizza that Ida made and my mom makes. There is no doubt that this is "Jessup Pizza". The secret, I think, is how the Amercican Cheese gives it all such a smooth mouth feel.

Ingredients

• 8 oz shredded American cheese
• 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 Pillsbury pizza crust
• 1 can Don Pepino pizza sauce
• olive oil to drizzle over it all

Directions

1. Roll out and spread the pizza crust on a cookie sheet
2. spread the sauce over it
3. spread the 2 cheeses over everything
4. add some olive oil
5. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes
