Ryan got a 100% on his Italian Wedding Cookie recipe, December, 2003!


Recipe

From Tami 10-8-08

  • 6 eggs
  • 6 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • dash salt
  • 1 orange and 1 lemon (rind and juice)
  • 1 glass anisette
  • 1 cup shortening
  • 5 1/2 cup flour


Cream shortening, sugar, eggs
Combine flour, salt & baking powder
Mix wet and dry ingredients
Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet

Bake at 350 for 12 minutes

Frost with colored frosting and sprinkles
