Really easy and terrific munchies

Preheat oven to 425

  • kale ripped into the size of very large potato chips
  • olive oil
  • maybe a splash of soy sauce or Bragg's Liquid Aminos, and or salt
  • pepper, a little salt, maybe other spices like garlic powder or parmesan

Spread onto a cookie sheet. Bake 425 for 10 minutes. To make them extra crispy, toss them a bit and cook another 5 minutes.

You know they are done if they slide like crispy slidy things on the cookie sheet

Let cool for 5 minutes and EAT!
