Ok, Jessup Pizza is actually about as American a pizza as one can get. But this is the pizza that Ida made and my mom makes. There is no doubt that this is "Jessup Pizza". The secret, I think, is how the Amercican Cheese gives it all such a smooth mouth feel.
Ingredients
- 8 oz shredded American cheese
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 Pillsbury pizza crust
- 1 can Don Pepino pizza sauce
- olive oil to drizzle over it all
Directions
- Roll out and spread the pizza crust on a cookie sheet
- spread the sauce over it
- spread the 2 cheeses over everything
- add some olive oil
- Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes
