Last night I didn’t wear my CPAP for 1/2 the night and I’m wrecked. Reminds me of how much it helps. If you snore and don’t have the energy you want to have, look into getting one of these CPAP life-superchargers!
Melanie, you’ve got to be prescribed one from a doctor. You’ll probably go through insurance because they are pricey… about $1,500 for the unit and $2-10k for the sleep study. Yes, there is crazy price variability there. The unit I have is only a few years old but it isn’t sold any more.
Do you have one you can recommend (such as what you have), I can see one needed for the future.
