Smoke in Berkeley
Berkeley is getting more and more smokey from the wildfires to the north. I put on a respirator while inside the house and my vague headache went away almost immediately. I think the family might go someplace outside the bay area this weekend.
Was thinking of trying to escape the bay too! Any suggestions? I was thinking of Davis…
I installed a really good (MERV 12) air filter on our furnace and fiddled with it so that I could run it on “fan only” mode. That cleared the house of smoke. That helped a lot with Megan’s and my anxiety about the situation.
