Not to be too snooty but… I know. I wouldn’t have been able to send this email if I couldn’t figure that out. Please ask your supervisor to look into fixing your website so that going to www.citicards.com/aadvantage doesn’t throw a 404 error.

We regret any inconvenience. The 404 error is caused by the following reasons.

The host server can’t find the HTML document at the URL you’ve entered. You could have mistyped the URL, the document no longer exists, or you’ve been given the wrong URL. If your URL ends in “.htm”, try “.html” (and vice versa). To find out whether the site hosting the document is still active, delete everything after the last slash in the URL. If this doesn’t work, try deleting the slash and adding .htm or .

html to the end. If the site is still running, try and find the page from another location on the site that you can reach.

Note: URL addresses are case sensitive, so if it is supposed to be in lower case, it must be in lower case.

Thank you for using our website.

The web page redirect (http://citicards.com/aadvantage) is working again, no thanks to you. The redirect -was- broken during the times I said it was. If you had checked instead of throwing canned messages at me, you would have known that.
