Symbolic Links for WinXP
I haven’t tried it yet but others say it works. Windows is playing a little catch-up here… Unix had symbolic links in 1973 and it’s not a clever hack… it just works. Junction Link Magic
Hard links too with NTFS Hardlink Shellextention.
