It is Tommy Floramo’s. Yes the meat falls off the bone. You won’t have to use your hands to eat the ribs. You just touch it with a knife and it falls off the bone! This place rules! The ribs are (in my opinion…) “The best ribs on the planet!”
As far as Tony Floramo’s??? There may be a Tony Floramo out there somewhere… But he doesn’t own or work at Floramo’s in Chelsea. That is a fact. I hope this sets the record straight for you. I grew up in the Boston area for 33 years. It’s Tommy! and the meat does fall off the bone!
