June 21, 2016, Gail writes: Couldn't find recipe on my computer but realized I could just take a pic! You can substitute graham flour for the crackers but only use 1 cup graham flour. Big batch, I often half the recipe.
Megan made these in International Falls for Island Time, summer 2016. Megan reports: The cookies were a big hit! Oren actually stole the box and hid in his room. We couldn't find him for awhile. Then he sheepishly walked out. Where were you, Oren? In my room (says Oren while clutching a large tupper box of cookies). How many did you eat? Only 2! Ha!
