Put this receipe in your file and make it some time. It is absolutely delicious!!!!! This is the dish that Marie Alunni brought up to the Poconos and I'm sharing it with you...............................

COLD LINGUINI SALAD

  • recipe can be doubled

8oz. cooked linguini (one pound)-'fine' is best
6 chopped scallions
2 coarsely shredded carrots
2med broccoli tips (uncooked) cut small

DRESSING:
½ c. oil
½ c. soy sauce
2- 4 tsp sesame oil
2 squirts lemon juice
1 crushed garlic clove
2 drops Tabasco
4 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Cook linguini, rinse with cool water. Mix linguini, broccoli, carrots, and scallions.

Heat dressing until warm and pour over salad. Toss and chill overnight or until served.
