Dorothy getting ready to put Brustenge in the oven
Placed thusly in the oven under the broiler
Bampha grabbing one. I'd say this batch could have been in a tiny bit longer with more browned and bubbling cheese

It's so simple.

  • Muenster cheese sliced thick on white bread.
  • Put it under the broiler til done. Watch that the cheese doesn't burn.
