Cresha

8 cups flour in 8 qt pot
4 1/2 cups of locatelli, a pecorino romano (full cups)
4 tsp pepper, level
1/2 lb melted butter
1 tbsp Crisco
3 large yeast red something(???) dissolved in very warm water
10 large eggs, not extra large

  1. Put flour in pot & cheese
  2. mix with hands
  3. add pepper
  4. melt Crisco & butter & let cool (??)
