Don't use TIAC

From 1998 to 1999, I had a big problem with The Internet Access Company. TIAC.net doesn't exist any more but I'll just leave this site up for posterity. -lee 5-1-02

The Internet Access Company, an ISP based in Massachusetts, in the face of all reason, pursued an action against me for $300 from November of 1998 until June of 1999. The short form is that I ordered services from them, I didn't receive the services in a timely manner so I cancelled the order in accordance with their refund policy, they pursued me nevertheless. Check below for the whole story.

I would strongly suggest you not to use this company because it's impossible to tell if they will go crazy on you the way they did with me.

Here are several letters and documents concerning my case with TIAC.
