Kale Chips

Really easy and terrific munchies

Preheat oven to 425

Put in a bowl and mix together

  • kale cut to the size of very large potato chips
  • olive oil
  • maybe a splash of soy sauce or Bragg's Liquid Aminos
  • pepper, a little salt, maybe other spices like garlic powder

Spread onto a cookie sheet. Bake 425 for 10 minutes. To make them extra crispy, toss them a bit and cook another 5 minutes.

Let cool for 5 minutes and EAT!
