From Marlene's (?) recipe card

"Mom" is Ida

  • Oil and butter
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 lb thinly sliced mushrooms
  • 2 oz dry Vermouth or white wine
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • salt and pepper

Cook all together

In a bowl:

  • 3 egg yolks beaten well
  • 3 oz grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Beat together and put into mushroom mixture. Simmer for a while.
